Fiona joined the Kaleidoscope team in 2007 after gaining many years experience in the legal industry, working in a variety of roles including legal secretary, law clerk and HR Assistant.
Fiona's experience working in the legal industry, combined with her HR and recruitment skills, enables her to provide a viewpoint from both an employee and employer perspective. Fiona is an efficient and able recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike which ultimately assists in the smooth running of the recruitment process.
Fiona and her husband are currently in the middle of building their dream home – in the country! Heading away from suburban life, Fiona looks forward to having space for her two dogs to run around and a place where her husband can keep the "toys" he seems to keep acquiring (by toys, we really mean cars). It will also make the perfect setting for Fiona to enjoy all the benefits of local produce - great food and even better wine!
