The Opportunity

Are you a legal secretary looking to take the next step in your career?
Kaleidoscope is working exclusively with highly regarded law firms on a number of new roles. We are keen to hear from legal secretaries from various practice areas including corporate/commercial, litigation, property, construction, insurance and family law. 
The Role

Working in fast paced and dynamic environments, these roles will see you working on a variety of matters, while providing a high level of secretarial support to approachable and leading partners. Your typical duties may include:

  • Document preparation, word processing and drafting correspondence
  • Billing
  • File management
  • Preparing briefs
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients

Skills & Experience 

  • At least 12 months experience as a legal secretary or assistant
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • High level organisational and prioritisation abilities
