The Role
This Accountant role offers an exceptional opportunity for financial growth, with uncapped earning potential that increases as you progress and contribute to the business. Initially, you will manage an existing portfolio of accounting clients, which you will help to grow and develop. Through helping to build up the business, you will then transition into leading the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing portfolio of accounting clients, nurturing relationships and providing exceptional service
• Contribute to the growth and development of the accounting division, expanding the client base and service
• Assisting with consumer-facing taxation issues
• Perform tax returns for clients including SMSF, companies, trusts, personal, & BAS
• High-level offshore taxation (training support for this)
• Perform BAS internally when required

Requirements:

• Relevant educational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA/CA qualified
• A minimum of 3 years Business Services/Tax experience
• High level of Client Service skills
• Experience using Xero
