Skills & responsibilities

You will be a paralegal with a legal background, who would like to move in-house.  Ideally, you will have 5 years’ experience in a busy office environment, the ability to multi-task and prioritise with a genuine and demonstrated interest in current affairs.

This exciting new role

Will see you report to the General Counsel in a team that includes a Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Marketing and General Manager, Human Resources (your legal team).

Your legal tasks will include managing and reviewing social media platforms to identify feedback warranting a response; liaise with Senior Legal Counsel on management of same; Maintaining a Register; and an up-to-date Register of relevant legislation.  Your administration tasks will include diary management for your General Counsel; management of information storage and retrieval systems for your legal team; and managing invoices, accounts and travel for your legal team.
