Exciting opportunity for a strong legal secretary looking to develop their career with a range of personal injury matters!

This is an exciting career opportunity for a strong legal secretary looking to join a well regarded personal injury practice. 

Supporting at Partner level, you will work on a unique mix of asbestos and dust disease claims.  As part of this well regarded practice, you will work on complex matters and have the opportunity to take a hands on approach to client and file management.  

Your duties may include:

  • drafting correspondence and court documents
  • collating documents 
  • preparing matters for Hearing
  • data-entry and spreadsheet management
  • client liaison
  • time recording and billing

To be successful, you will have at least 2 years experience as a legal secretary in another litigation, insurance or personal injury practice group. 

You will also have strong technical skills, excellent organisation and communication skills together with a sympathetic demeanor given the nature of the claims.  You will also enjoy providing a high level administrative support in a fast fast paced team environment.
