This is a rare and unique opportunity for a strong Office Services Assistant to become a valued member of this reputable national law firm!

Working with one of Australian’s largest and most highly regarded national law firms, we are looking for a refreshing and enthusiastic individual to step into an busy and hands on Office Services role!

Working with a large team of other office assistants, you will enjoy a buzzing culture which promotes a strong team environment, training and career development.  Your duties may include:

  • Collect and sort incoming & outgoing mail
  • Coordinate couriers
  • Conduct errands both internally and externally 
  • Data-entry and filing
  • Photocopy, scan and fax documents
  • Maintain office and stationary supplies
As a valued member of this close-knit team, you will also be trained on the switchboard to provide relief reception when necessary.  This role will ideally suit a mature minded individual who is client focused and great at building professional relationships. A friendly, bright and adaptable personality will be key to your success in this role.

You must also have at least 6 months administration experience within another professional services environment.
