The Company:

The Role:
This is a 3 month temp role (December-March), with hybrid flexibility to WFH and a good hourly rate!
Be part of a small team, reporting to the Head of IP within the Research and Enterprise Group, you will provide high-level administrative and legal support to the team, ensuring a seamless client service experience.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in intellectual property, technology and patents, or to build upon your legal support career within a leading and innovative organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- File management including maintaining accurate electronic records and systems
- Preparing, reviewing and drafting correspondence and patent-related documents
- Providing general and ad-hoc administrative support to the team
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in patents or intellectual property (desirable)
- Sound knowledge of legal administrative processes and principles
- A collaborative team player with strong initiative and problem solving skills
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values
