The Firm

The Role

To provide high level legal secretarial support to a friendly and approachable Partner and lawyers within a growing Commercial team. 

Duties 

  • High level diary and email management 
  • File management 
  • Preparation of documents including dictation 
  • Client engagement
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Billing  

Skills & Experience 

  • Current experience as a legal secretary
  • High level technical skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Superior organisational and prioritisation abilities
