Working closely with a highly regarded law firm, Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment are on the hunt for a HR grad to join a supportive and collaborative national HR team! We are seeking a switched on, energetic individual, who is looking to take their next step in their career. 

In this role, you will assist with all HR tasks for the company. Your duties may include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Co-coordinating and attending interviews
  • Assisting with new starters and on-boarding
  • Drafting documents and contracts
  • Assisting HR Advisors/ Managers on a range of administrative tasks 

This role will have you exposed to a wide variety of people in the legal industry, including at Partner level. You will succeed in this role if you have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. A willingness to learn will also be key to your success in this role.

This role will suit someone with less than 6 months experience in a HR team. A recent HR graduate would be well suited to this role.
