    The Role

    Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this position is ideal for a switched on and hard working Accounts Officer/Clerk looking to take the next step in their career.

    Responsibilities

    • Bank reconciliations
    • Trust accounting
    • Processing cheques, EFT payments & receipting
    • Corporate credit card transactions
    • Petty Cash transactions & reconciliations 
    • Account Payable
    • Payroll & superannuation
    • Assist in the preparation of end of month reports

    Skills & Experience 

    • 2+ years’ experience as an Accounts Officer with another law or professional firm
    • Experience with Aderant, LEAP, and Xero desirable
    • Sound skills in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
