We are currently working with a highly-regarded national law firm who are experiencing growth across multiple areas of law. The firm is know to be friendly and supportive with a client focused approach. They are proud of their fun working culture.  

The firm is currently looking for multiple legal assistants to support Partners in  their Insurance, Property, and Construction teams. 

With prior experience providing a high level of support in a law firm, you will be a switched-on legal secretary and have a pro-active approach to your work. Working on complex and challenging matters, your typical duties will include:

  • Preparing briefs
  • Compiling briefs
  • Diary management 
  • Dictation
  • Liaising with clients
  • Drafting and editing correspondence/ documents
  • Billing
