Join a boutique law firm supporting a highly regarded employment law practice. Great CBD location!

This is a unique opportunity for a Legal Secretary to step into a dual secretary-office manager role. 

Our client is a growing boutique firm who have recently set up a new office in Melbourne. They are seeking an energetic and proactive legal secretary to join their Employment Law department as well as take on office manager duties. 

Supporting at Partner level, you will enjoy the opportunity to build strong client relationships and work on complex matters including workplace agreements, employment contracts, termination, discrimination, harassment and OH&S issues.

You will also have the opportunity to step up into an office manager role, assisting the firm with the day to day running of the practice.  

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 12 months experience as a legal secretary, preferably with knowledge of employment or workplace relation matters. 

You will also have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be highly organised, have strong communication skills and a great eye for detail.
