This reputable national law firm seeks a dynamic and energetic legal secretary who is looking to put their strong skills to good use in a role where a “hands on approach” is actively encouraged!
Working in collaborative team, you will provide a high level of secretarial support to two leaders in the insurance industry. You will work across a mix of mix of insurance matters, with a focus on Workcover files.
Your duties will include:
- Diary management
- Drafting correspondence and court documents
- Preparing and collating briefs
- Arranging conferences and medical appointments
- Client liaison
- Database management
- Billing
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary. Previous litigation experience with a exposure to a mix of personal injury matters will be highly regarded.
You will have solid technical skills including a fast and accurate typing speed together with strong organisational skills and an outgoing and personable attitude.
