This part-time role will offer variety and autonomy in your work. Duties may include:

  • Processing ATO correspondence including Notice of Assessments & PAYG Instalments
  • Distributing quarterly activity statements
  • Lodgment of income tax returns
  • Processing of ATO lodgment deferral applications
  • Liaising with ATO in relation to penalty & GIC remission
  • Preparing and distributing ASIC Company Statements
  • Preparing ASIC company changes
  • Collating and scanning client documents
  • Managing secured signing via AdobeSign 
  • Updating client databases including filling
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with ethical letters

To be considered for this position, you should have knowledge of the ATO online services for tax agents. A keen eye to detail and eagerness to learn, will also be key to your success in this role.

This role is part-time role can be 5 or 6 hours a day or 3-4 days a week.
